### Description
The following code:
specified
--with-dir=/usr/local/curl-7.57.0 , still make default dir.
Resulted in Makefile:
cat Makefile | grep CURL
```
CURL_SHARED_LIBADD =
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
CURL_SHARED_LIBADD =.../usr/local/curl-7.57.0/lib..
```
