I don't think it would be difficult, but what is the use case? I assume that
IntlTimezone is most often used with IntlCalendar and
IntlDateFormatter, but [neither of these properly supports
(un)serialization](https://3v4l.org/MGLnU). Other classes of the intl extension might exhibit the
same behavior.
