No. We already [strip the version prefix for
::$server_info and
::$server_version](https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-8.0.14/ext/mysqlnd/mysqlnd_connection.c#L1439-L1445),
but not when setting the conn->server_version in
MYSQLND_METHOD(mysqlnd_command, handshake). Either we strip it everywhere, or never.
