is not technically correct, it is possible, just without user-defined code https://github.com/guest271314/SpeechSynthesisRecorder/issues/17.
The last time I checked the quality of audio output by WebRTC was sub-par compared to processing the
raw PCM directly then using AudioContext and MediaStreamTrackGenerator for
output.
