createFromFormat() for
!Ym sets day=1, time=00:00:00, while Ym takes
current day and time. So, if it is e.g. 31-st of January, it leads to 31-st of February which then
is "converted" to 3rd of March.
I don't see a bug here. This is documented behavior.
