The following code:

echo mb_convert_case("ΚΑΛΗΣΠΕΡΑ ΣΑΣ", MB_CASE_TITLE, "UTF-8");
```
Resulted in this output:
```
Καλησπερα Σασ
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
Καλησπερα Σας
```
