configure:58712: cc -o conftest -I/usr/include -g -O2 -fvisibility=hidden -pthread -no-cpp-precomp

configure:58712: $? = 0
configure:58721: result: yes
That looks like a contradiction to me. Are there maybe multiple libsqlite3 installation on that
machine?

Well, then this issue is unlikely to be actionable from our side, since PHP 7.4 does no longer
receive any regular bug fixes. I suggest you ask in some support channel (e.g. StackOverflow); that
may help to resolve your issue.
