@mpepito13 You can try compiling
sqlite from source with
SQLITE_ENABLE_COLUMN_METADATA=1 or being brutal and removing these lines: https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-7.4.27/ext/pdo_sqlite/sqlite_statement.c#L378-L383
- you probably don't need that anyway.
