[php-src] Issue #7817: JIT segmentation fault in PHP 8.1

We are using PHP 8.1.3 via the [Bitnami PHP-FPM Docker image](https://hub.docker.com/layers/bitnami/php-fpm/8.1.3/images/sha256-0012a40ca7286fa9390aa2d4df0189d0506a04536229048f7adf6dac78c34d8f). The solution to the segfaults in our case was disabling JIT and setting the JIT buffer size to zero: ``` opcache.jit_buffer_size=0M opcache.jit=disable ```
