Perhaps I forgot to mention (not sure if relevant for this issue or not): on OpenBSD the PHP Opcache
can use only 'mmap' or 'posix" memory models that can be set with
opcache.preferred_memory_model. The 'shm' memory model is not working at all
on OpenBSD.
The default looks to be 'mmap'. I also tried 'posix' but the results are
identical for the situations where it crashes.
