This is not really related to
debug_backtrace, but rather to the fact that
unset causes an array separation if the array has refcount > 1, so the respective
HashTableIterator is adjusted, and that causes the loop to start again from the
internal array pointer. See e.g. https://3v4l.org/FsU3N.
