I guess the fix will also fix this ?

$today = new DateTimeImmutable('today'); // '2022-04-01 00:00:00.0'
$todayLast = new DateTimeImmutable('today last microsecond'); // actually '2022-03-31
23:59:59.999999' instead of '2022-04-01 23:59:59.999999'
```
