### Description
Currently there are no ||= &&= operators. A bitwise &= |= do exist, but will change the
type of the operand.
Use case in pseudo
```
function test(array $a): bool
{
$result = true;
foreach($a as $element) {
$result &= $element-> test();
}
return $result;
}
```
