Description:
------------
It would be a really good idea to implement an openssl_csr_parse function that could be used by
someone implementing a PHP-based Certificate Authority to verify the information being presented by
the requestor. For example, if you thought you were issuing an e-mail certificate for
"blah@blah.com", it would be really handy to be able to verify that th CSR is asking for a
certificate with that e-mail address in it. Currently, the only way I can figure to check to make
sure that the CSR had the correct information in it is to actually do the signing process and then
use openssl_x509_parse to make sure that the attributes are correct, and discard the certificate if
they are not.
