ArgumentCountError is a type of [Error](https://www.php.net/manual/en/class.error.php), not a type
of [Exception](https://www.php.net/manual/en/class.exception.php) (uppercase 'E').
If you want to catch any type of exception (lowercase 'e') then look for a
[Throwable](https://www.php.net/manual/en/class.throwable.php).
