@nikic What is the expected value of
pcntl_signal_get_handler(SIGPIPE);? Should it be
1 (= SIG_IGN) or 0 (= SIG_DFL)? In my Docker
image it's SIG_DFL.
```
$ php -r 'var_export(pcntl_signal_get_handler(SIGPIPE) === SIG_DFL);'
true
```
