I managed to produce a similar behavior (class not found caused by a leaked error), but I'm not
sure that #8063 is the actual cause of this issue so I don't want to close it yet.

If the issue disappears after an
opcache_reset(), there is a chance it's related
to that. Otherwise, probably not.
