Author: LastDragon-ru
### Description
Not sure should it be here or on bugs.php.net, sorry. The following code will unexpectedly fail:
https://3v4l.org/1oihY
```php
<?php declare(strict_types = 1);
namespace Bug;
use SplPriorityQueue;
class Test extends SplPriorityQueue {
public function __construct() {
parent::__construct();
}
}
new Test();
```
Resulted in this output:
```
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot call constructor
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
no error
```
