[php-src] Issue #8496: zend_gc_delref: Assertion `p->refcount > 0' failed during composer update of phpspec

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/8496 Author: mbeccati ### Description PHP 8.0 latest from git has started failing 3 days ago on my CI when building phpspec: https://revive.beccati.com/bamboo/browse/PHP-PHPSPEC-PHP80-2890 The following code: ```php git clone git@github.com:phpspec/phpspec.git cd phpspec composer update --prefer-dist ``` With phpspec at commit https://github.com/phpspec/phpspec/commit/55f26c90f2270162f4663df461ffb45d0d212b6e Composer version 2.3.5 2022-04-13 16:43:00 (same with 2.3.3) php-src was at commit 82dae61c04205e2a09df005b00bc7398aa586023, with no apparent changes since the day before. Still failing today. PHP 7.3, 7.4 and 8.1 builds are passing.
