### Description
Hi there!
https://php.watch/versions/8.0/deprecate-required-param-after-optional
Since version 8.0 required parameters after optional parameters in function/method signatures are
deprecated. The deprecation notice is triggered at the compile time. Is it possible to catch the
notice by handler set by
set_error_handler function? I can't catch it even with
E_ALL handler level.
