### Description
Is there any reason why SimpleXML::asXml() returns string on success or false on failure, even when
no fileName parameter is specified ?
When $filename is null, I think it would be more helpful to return a string on success or an
exception on failure.
Please let me know if/why you think I'm wrong.
Thanks
