[php-src] Issue #8665: eum fails when trying to mirror items in a typical WSDL file

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/8665 Author: ukfreetv ### Description The following code: ```php <?php enum FareCategoryEnum { case ADVANCE; case OFF-PEAK; case ANYTIME; } enum MaxChanges { case 0; case 1; case 2; case 3; case ANY; } ``` Resulted in this output: ``` Can't use OFF-PEAK Can't use 0, 1, 2 or 3 ``` But I expected this output instead: ``` https://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/webservices/jpservices.wsdl has these as valid input values so it would be useful to mirror the WSDL into PHP classes.
