### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
$fmt = new \IntlDateFormatter('it_IT', NULL, NULL);
$fmt->setPattern('d LLLL yyyy');
$date = new \DateTime("2022-05-25",new \DateTimeZone('Europe/Rome'));
$fmt->format($date)
```
Resulted in this output:
```
24 maggio 2022
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
25 maggio 2022
```
