[php-src] Issue #8875: zip extension not autoloaded on PHP Version 8.2.0alpha2

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/8875 Author: ophian ### Description The following code: ```php if (!extension_loaded('zip')) { echo ' ZIP extension has not been compiled or loaded in PHP.'; } ``` Resulted in this output: ``` triggers the error (see above). No mention in phpinfo(). ``` But I expected this output instead: ``` running fine as in latest official PHP 8.1.7 (double checked). Loaded in phpinfo(). ``` Has anything changed in that relation? Thx Sidenote: I also enabled extension=intl in my php.ini which throws "intl extensions not loaded" on startup in error log file. Maybe thats is related.
