### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
echo IntlDateFormatter::formatObject((new DateTime()), "dd MMMM yyyy", "hu_HU");
```
Resulted in this output:
```
04 July 2022
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
04 július 2022
```
This bug starts appearing with version 7.4.29.
