### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
var_dump(ip2long('123.45.67.000'));
```
Resulted in this output:
```
int(2066563840) Mac OS Montery 12.4
bool(false) Alpine 3.16
```
But I expected this output instead:
Consistent false or the int value.
Issue is the same of PHP 7.4.30, 8.0.21 and 8.1.8
