Author: Dygear
### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
new DateTime('@' . filemtime($this->filePath));
```
Resulted in this output:
```
Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Failed to parse time string (@) at position 0 (@): Unexpected
character in file.
```
But I expected this output instead:
Should accept has it does in 8.1.8.
Is this a regression or expected as of 8.2.0? I could not find anything in the docs or release notes
that said this is no longer allowed. And if it is, that's a shame because it breaks my use case
as seen above.
### PHP Version
PHP 8.2.0-alpha3
### Operating System
Debian 11.4.0
