### Description

This bug is reported by a newly developed static tool, therefore it could be a false positive,
please confirm.

the function __php_stream_sock_open_from_socket_ will return NULL once _php_stream_alloc_rel_
returns NULL, however in the function _zif_stream_socket_pair_ of _ext/standard/streamsfuncs.c_
file, the return value of __php_stream_sock_open_from_socket_ is not checked before dereference,
which could lead to NULL pointer dereference.
