### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
php -r 'ini_set("precision", 20); var_dump(17.52+69.05+13.43);'
php -r 'ini_set("precision", 20); var_dump(69.05+13.43+17.52);'
```
Resulted in this output:
```
=> float(100)
=> float(99.999999999999)
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
float(100)
float(100)
```
