### Description
The following code (see https://3v4l.org/9pBvi):
```php
class A
{
public function f(): static
{
}
}
var_dump((new ReflectionMethod('A', 'f'))->getReturnType()->isBuiltin());
```
Resulted in this output:
```
bool(false)
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
bool(true)
```
