Author: dca00
### Description
I run Wordpress with W3 Total Cache. It enables opcache, for which I load php_opcache module.
Intermittently but frequently enough for this to become a critical issue opcache becomes corrupt,
and PHP begins to log errors in the event log regarding the faulting module php_opcache.
Clearing c:/windows/temp and restarting Apache resolves the problem for the next 10-15 hours or so,
and then it returns.
PHP 8.1.9 thread safe 64 bit on WS 2016.
mod_php or FastCGI does not matter.
When the issue occurs Wordpress throws absolutely random errors about random files with undeclared
identifiers.
Disabling opcache resolves the issue permanently.
