### Description
cross compiling PHP 8.2 ..
make install after the make test jump into error
libtool: error: error: cannot install 'libphp.la' to a directory not ending in
/build/php-src-php-8.2.0RC2/libs
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536
libtool 2.4.6 is up to date
do you have any how to fix it ? and make it install in my $PREFIX

### Operating System
Ubuntu 22.04 (but cross compiling for use on old libc 2.17)
