### Description
Could we receive benefit from fread() loop cycle that never interrupts with parsing stuff, and
fwrite cycle that just writes immediate from the buffer, and all of them in diferrent processes? Old
in php we must writin while loop that fread from socket by one chunk, then does something, then
writes back?
I heard 3rd time that correct work with sockrts is several processor threads one does readin, one
writing and one is processing. Could the same effect be enstablished using stream_select in while
cycle? I mean call stream select worked exactly for given timeout, or working in background, but
timeout is for check redults?
