### Description
The following code:
Set system date/time to 30.10.2022 02:05 CEST (Europe/Berlin) (It should be Sommer Time - first
02:05 at this night)
```php
<?php
echo (new DatetimeImmutable('now'))->getTimestamp() - \time();
```
Resulted in this output:
```
3600
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
0
```
