The following code:

Resulted in this output:
```
Warning: DOMDocument::loadXML(): xml:id : attribute value 865245987 is not an NCName in Entity,
line: 2 in /in/3LPpf on line 4
```
But I expected the warning to be suppressed instead.
Maybe this is the same issue as fixed in https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=74004.
