### Description
My English is poor, please look at the code:
```php
try {
1 / 0;
} finally {
echo 'First
finally';
} catch (\Throwable) {
echo 'Then catch';
}
// Outputs
// First finally
// Then catch
```
I hope to run finally before catch.
Can you understand me? Do you think it's OK?
Thinks.
