The following code produce different results
PHP 8.0.27
```
docker run --rm -it php:8.0.27-cli php -r "var_dump((new DateTime())->setTimezone(new
\DateTimeZone('BST')));"
object(DateTime)#1 (3) {
["date"]=>
string(26) "2023-01-11 14:11:28.643248"
["timezone_type"]=>
int(2)
["timezone"]=>
string(3) "BST"
}
```
PHP 7.4.
```
docker run --rm -it php:7.4.33-cli php -r "var_dump((new DateTime())->setTimezone(new
\DateTimeZone('BST')));"
