Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/10857 Author: Muzosh ### Description It seems like the four algorithms from title are hardcoded in [here](https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/3a9a950472862f6647e9da2ee056df3100697187/ext/openssl/openssl.c#L109-L117). When choosing, which private key to obtain/generate using _openssl_pkey_new_, these four are also hardcoded [here](https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/bb97ae7c24ade60bc993d39463dabcee78b5c577/ext/openssl/openssl.c#L4462-L4498). Is there currently any way we could use other algorithm identifiers in _OpenSSL PHP extension_? Or the code needs to be adjusted? Example use case: I'm exploring usage of post-quantum algorithms in PHP-enabled web servers (mainly for signature and client certificate validation). I built PHP with [OQS-OpenSSL](https://github.com/open-quantum-safe/openssl). The non-PQ algorithms work fine, but I can't seem to reach PQ algorithms in either key generation or even when using _openssl_verify_, which technically does not need algorithm identifier (but this might be an issue on its own).
