[php-src] Issue #10888: SIGSEGV reported

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/10888 Author: HeenaBansal2009 ### Description I am working to fix backward compatible of my application with PHP 5.*. The following code gives SIGSEGV in PHP 5.4*, However I don't see any obvious reason to report segfault: `char *headers = emalloc(strlen(INI_STR("headers") + 1); ` PS: When I try to print alone values like INI_STR("headers"). or strlen(INI_STR("headers")) , I am getting right results without coredump.
