### Description

The following code:

```php
<?php
// Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
// [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem]
// "LongPathsEnabled"=dword:00000001
//
// restart Windows 10

 mkdir(str_repeat('a',255));
 file_put_contents(str_repeat('b',255),'');
?>
```

Resulted in this output:
```
folder aaa...aaa exists
file bbb...bbb exists
```

But I expected this output instead:
```
folder aaa...aaa do not exist
file bbb...bbb exists
```
