The imported node is a clone of the original. These node types cannot be imported. Although DocumentType nodes can be imported, a document can only have one DocumentType. AFAICT there's nothing in the DOM standard saying this should be the case (see https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-document-importnode).
