[php-src] Issue #11107: PHP 8.1.18 and include a file that doesn't exist returns 502 error

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11107 Author: CyberCr33p ### Description The following code when example.php doesn't exist: ```php <?php include ("example.php"); ?> ``` Resulted in this output: ``` 502 Bad Gateway ``` But I expected this output instead: ``` no output ``` This doesn't happen with PHP 7.4 and most likely doesn't happen with PHP 8.1.17 either. ### PHP Version PHP 8.1.18 ### Operating System _No response_
