[php-src] Issue #11334: It could be a feature

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11334 Author: remco-pc ### Description The following code: ```php <?php $var = (int) $numeric_string ?? 255 ``` Resulted in this output: ``` 0 ``` But I expected this output instead: ``` 255 ``` If i dont cast the $numeric_string it would be 255. I think it does (int) null before ?? And ?? Should be processed first without the cast. ### PHP Version Php 8.2 ### Operating System Debian 11
