### Description
I'm seeing this in Symfony's CI when testing with PHP 8.3:
> Failed asserting that exception of type "DateMalformedStringException" matches
> expected exception "InvalidArgumentException".
Wouldn't it make sense to have DateMalformedStringException extend InvalidArgumentException,
both from a BC perspective and also just because it makes sense?
(there might be more new Date-related exceptions to consider)
