### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
class Foo {
private function extendMethod(): void {}
}
final class Bar extends Foo {}
$method = new \ReflectionMethod(Bar::class, 'extendMethod');
var_dump($method->isPrivate());
```
Resulted in this output:
```
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ReflectionException: Method Bar::extendMethod() does not exist
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
bool(true)
```
