### Description
When trying to upload files using Apache and Firefox (Chrome, etc). The file tries to upload, takes
a several minutes even for a 5mb upload and then produces the error.
I have tested this on my main server but also a freshly installed server with the exact same errors.
The version of this project that uses Docker seems to work.
Resulted in this output:
'''
Error 503 "Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later."
