Versions:
php:5.6
PEAR:1.10.7
I'm not able to replicate this issue in php 7.4. I know that there was a cert update done
earlier today https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11477,
but I'm still having this issue in older versions. Is there anything extra that we have to do
for older versions to get the cert update?
### PHP Version
