### Description
Example:
DOMNode::lookupNamespaceUri allows null as the 1st parameter.
the stub file: https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-8.1.21/ext/dom/php_dom.stub.php#L144
the docs: https://www.php.net/manual/en/domnode.lookupnamespaceuri.php
I would expect the stub files to be the source of truth for the docs.
As it seems this is not the case now, can this be fixed and asserted by CI (againts latest stable
php-src version stubs)?
