### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set("display_errors", 1);
ini_set('display_startup_errors', 1);
if (is_array($TABPARAM['discardcols'])**)** and in_array($value,
$TABPARAM['discardcols'])) {
...
?>
```
Resulted in this output:
```
script silently crashes on parse due to superfluous bracket
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
ParseError with line ID
```
