### Description
Whenever I use 'ftp_ssl_connect' with 'ftp_login' the execution of my script
stops immediately after ftp_login without any error or entry in the log. The whole process crashes.
A workaround is to use ftp_raw instead and to parse the response messages. For example "USER
{{username}}" will return "321 {{username}} OK. Password required" if username is ok,
but password required. And "PASS {{password}}" will return "230 Ok. [...]" on
success.
### PHP Version
PHP 8.2.8
### Operating System
Ubuntu 22.04
